The fourth Joint Organizing Committee Meeting took place on 29 November 2018 by Skype.

The meeting focused on the following objectives:

  1. Finalize the sessions: terms of reference of the sessions and identification of speakers.
  2. Support to the travels of the speakers.
  3. Progress in the preparation of the 23rd Session of Silva Mediterranea.
  4. Preparation of the high-level segment.
  5. Side events.
  6. Communication.
  7. Implication of youth.
  8. Monitor progress in the implementation of other organizational arrangements.
