2nd MFW

After the success of this first Mediterranean Forest Week, a 2nd Mediterranean Forest Week was held on April 5th to 8th, 2011 in Avignon (France), hosted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Fisheries, Rural Affairs and Spatial territory on the occasion of the United Nations International Year of Forests. It was jointly organized by FAO - Silva Mediterranea, EFIMED, AIFM, ARCMED, the Mediterranean Model Forest Network (MFMN), COFOR-International and with the support of INRA, MAAPRAT, the Provence-Alpes-Côtes d'Azur Region and the Vaucluse Department.
